Medium and large incinerators can dispose of a large amount of industrial waste generated along the production process, and can incinerate waste while satisfying atmospheric environmental standards and emission standards with its air pollution prevention facilities attached to the bottom of the incinerators. Both batch input and continuous input are
possible for incineration.
The waste heat wasted during incineration is recovered as steam and warm water, so that the production, heating and fuel costs can be reduced.( Optional)
According to the waste and installation conditions, the facilities for incinerating waste and controlling air pollutants are combined into the second and the third pollution prevention facilities.
The air pollution prevention facilities attached to the bottom of the incinerators to control air pollutants include Semi Dry Reactor (SDR), bag-filter, A/C tower, cyclone, multi-clone and scrubber.
Batch input, the method in which waste is generated at once, and the continuous input, the method in which a continuously amount of waste is stored, are both available.
